You can now start processing your credit card transactions with Signature Card Services.
Signature Card Services is your provider for credit card processing. We have been serving merchants just like you since 1997, and look forward to helping your with all of your electronic payment needs.
After you have processed your first batch of transactions, your funds will be deposited into the checking account you provided us with your merchant application. Depending on when you closed your batch, and on how fast your bank processes ACH deposits, your funds should be available either the next business day, or the business day following that.
Upon your approval, you were sent a Welcome Letter in the mail. That Welcome Letter contains important account information, terminal quick-reference guides, window decals, and terminal stickers. If you have not received your Welcome Letter within 2-3 days of your approval, please contact us and we can send a replacement.
We provide you with award-winning telephone customer service from 7:30am - 6:00pm, PT, and can answer any question you have about deposits, transactions, and terminal questions or issues. Our toll-free number is 800-631-3072, and, when you call that number, you will always reach a live operator, and not a confusing and frustrating automated system. Should you have problems with your terminal before or after our customer service hours, we also have a 24-hour help desk that you can call. That number is located on your terminal sticker, included with your Welcome Letter. You can also retrieve that number from our Merchant Resource Center, merchantinfo.com. We have an online Merchant Resource Center available to you, located right here at merchantinfo.com. To establish your access to the site, you will need your merchant number, and checking account information from the voided business check you provided us in your original application package. When ready, click the Reporting link on our homepage.
Our system monitors your activity and can alert you of any discrepancies or issues that might occur during your normal credit card processing. To receive these emails, make sure to add the domain signaturecard.com to your safe senders list. That way you'll be sure to get all of our important email notifications.
Make sure you receive the lowest possible rates on your processing by closing your batch every day. We can even set-up your terminal to automatically close your batch at a specific time each day. To enable this handy, money-saving feature, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
