PCI Compliance

In the light of recently intensified credit card breaches, protecting your customers’ credit card data is becoming more important than ever. All merchants are required to provide proof of PCI compliance on a yearly basis. This means you must complete a Self-Assessment Questionnaire (SAQ) once a year indicating that you are following best practices. If you process credit cards through an Internet connection, you may also need a quarterly vulnerability scan.

To make this process fast and effortless for you, our PCI compliance program is being managed by ControlScan, an Approved Scanning Vendor (ASV) by the PCI Council. ControlScan will help you determine exactly what is required for your business to become compliant and to maintain compliance once it is achieved.

You can contact ControlScan’s Support at 800-648-4927 if you have any questions or need to check your compliance status. Of course, you can always contact us at 800-631-3072 for any PCI compliance matters. To log in to ControlScan’s portal, click here.

PCI Protection Plan

The PCI Protection Plan is a new and unique insurance program acquired to reduce monetary exposure in the event of a data compromise of your merchant account. The PCI Protection Plan is designed specifically to meet the expensesresulting from a suspected or actual breach of credit card data.

The Program Covers:

  • A mandatory forensic audit required by the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) of a merchant when a data breach is suspected.
  • The data breach can be either a system/network breach or the physical theft of the credit card data from stolen receipts, stolen computers, skimming, or even employee theft.
  • Card replacement costs and related expenses resulting from the data breach.
  • All Level 3 and 4 merchants regardless of their level of compliance with the standard.

Your merchant account is protected up to a maximum of $50,000 and there is NO deductible. The PCI Protection Plan is available to qualified merchants.
